Create EE profile without ECA

Hi guys

I'm still waiting from WES to complete my ECA, meanwhile can I create EE profile under CEC while waiting my ECA ? I'm aware my education point will be 0 after I create my profile, therefore can I update my EE profile as soon as I receive from WES for my ECA point?

It will be great if someone can respond as I'm pretty confuse about the process

You need an ECA to create a profile.

I'm already completed my profile yesterday, education section I just fill " no " in ECA section, and it allow me to submit my application as well

at this point what's your suggestion ? Should I withdraw my application ?

You can have it but it goes no where without ECA.

You can update and claim points once your receive ECA.

If you’re CEC, you don’t need an ECA to create an EE profile. You can update your profile once you have your ECA.
