CPR - Confirmation of Permanent Residence

Is the COPR (or CPR) just a one page document?
The instruction sheet that comes with it refers to a section 28 on my CPR - but there is no section 28 on my CPR. Hence I'm worried.
Did my consultants forget to give me some documents??!!

first congrats on your COPR. when did you receive it? how long did it take to get it? and was it a smooth journey, or did you face any difficulties with maybe additional documents requested or so?
