Basically, since Buffalo closed, all the files have gone to Ottawa and pretty much overloaded them with half done applications, plus they were getting applications from CIC-M and have to go through ALL of them to get them to the right place and get it all sorted out. They are still sorting out the mess that the government created by closing Buffalo.

the are always overloaded. i cant understand in 3 years how to explain our relation is true?

start processing in 15th june
medical done 10th sep
waiting for final step


the whole process which is still in process took 3 year & one month

My timeline is below my name.

However mine was for an American citizen. I believe the wait time of 12 months is for USA applications.
