If you are already married, you do not declare your marriage to CIC and land as PR --> you can be charged with misrepresentation effectively losing PR and/or you will never be able to sponsor your wife.

Hello Guys, I have received a request to submit passport for CoPR but have travel plan in next 20 days. I am not sure should I submit my passport or write them an email that I wont be able to submit the passport as I am not sure how much is the processing time at Ottawa center for CoPR.

That's not true. Declare if u still want to
