I want to sponsor my spouse who is new Delhi. The guide says I can either send documents to CPC-M or I can send them to local Canadian consulate in New Delhi for processing. I am wondering what is a better and quicker choice. Any idea guys?

1. I suggest you go back and read the instructions again.
2. You have to submit your sponsorship and your spouse's complete application to Mississauga. If you are approved as a sponsor, the application will be sent to Delhi for processing.
