please , how long does it takes the CPC responsible for approving the sponsorship of other relatives category of the family class and lastly how does it take the whole of the process from sponsorship approval stage to PR approval . thanks

Quick answer is 'it depends'! What is your PA's nationality? Which VO will it therefore be likely to be processed through? How complicated and complete will yours be? etc.
