Hi Everyone,

I have converted my CPA Australia to CPA Ontario after appearing for Canadian Tax & Law.

My question is can I claim points for CPA Ontario? (CPA Australia was not assessed by WES).

If yes, under which category should I claim One-year certificate, Post-secondary certificate with a focus in [area of concentration], Two-year associate degree?

I have already claimed 120 point for education (my bachelor's was converted).

Feedback will be highly appreciated.

You can't claim points for CPA Ontario. If you want to claim points, it would have to be for CPA Australia based on how this education is evaluated through the ECA process.

Hi Scylla,

Many thanks for your feedback. I wonder why ACCA qualifies for a degree and a certificate whereas CPA Ontario will not be accepted as a certificate?

Your feedback will be appreciated.

Thanks
