COVID - Emergency Response Benefit

Hello, I've been trying to apply for the emergency response benefit, but before I receive some documents from my job I need to open a service canada account, when I requested an access key to open the account, it shows me an error that requires me to call the number (+1 866 279 5238) which is the authentification unit to verify my informations, but they're always busy.

Is there another way where I can call them or contact them to give me access to my account or is calling the only way?
