Hi Guys,

I haven't been able to procure a couple of documents for my application. Should there be a letter of explanation uploaded for each section of the missing document ? Or can I just upload a single letter in the optional field explaining that I couldn't procure a few documents ?

when is your deadline ? I think they gave an additional 30 days extension for everybody right ? You should have got it as well.

I think a single letter detailing your problem should be enough. But if you have any supporting documents for each incomplete section (for example if you couldn't get a detailed reference letter from an employer in the cic format, attach your employment offer letter etc) do attach them so that they have some concrete evidence. I hope this answers your question.
