Covid-19 delays for parents sponsorship

Hi,

Does anyone know when will parents sponsorship open for 2020? They are almost 5 months but we understand that it is unprecedented times. Do you think CIC will change the requirement for age of dependents since many will turn more than 22 in these 5 months?

Any past experience where lock in age period was changed?

No one here knows when sposnorship will open this year (if at all).

No, I would not expect lock in ages to change. A few years ago parent sponsorship was paused and lock in ages were not adjusted. Assume it will remain at 21 years old.
