I am resident of india, and my spouse who is now in Canada on work permit with NOC A. Our relationship is 5 year old now. We completed our graduation in same college. We have joint accounts, long chats and calls history, dating pic, financially supported documents. And recently we married in dec 2020. But we married in COURT because of Government rules to avoid Covid spread. And I heard "A court marriage will be a big red flag. And my sowp application is under process. So I'm scared of rejection. So can you guys tell me what's are chances of approval and what things I will need to do in future.
