i too have a similar profile.. In alberta there are two opportunities that you can catch up to :-

1. Masters in information systems security management (Concordia University College of Alberta)

2.Diploma in Computer Engineering Technology from NAIT

FEES- approximately same Duration- 2 years for both and addition CO-OP in NAIT
