HI,
I joined the university of Toronto in fall 2013 for 1 year masters degree program in Chemical engineering. After doing the fall term , i withdrew from the course and left canada to my home country in end January 2014. I have transcripts from UOT which says that i withdrew from the course. I now wish to pursue a masters degree course in Petroleum engineering and have been offered admissions in another university for the course starting September 2014. I have the following doubts regarding study permit/TRV
1) My original study permit and TRV were valid upto 31st december 2015. Since I withdrew from the course and travelled outside Canda are these valid still ?. UOT might have informed CIC canada regarding the course withdrawal and would they have cancelled these ? How to check this ?
2 ) How can i go back to canada to commence my studies in September 2014 ?
3) Is it possible to cancel my STudy permit and TRV and apply for new ones from outside Canada. I have heard that post secondary students can change their institution without changing the conditions of the study permit. I would prefer to have these sorted out before I go to Canada again
4) Can anybody give me some answers to the above
