Hey all, I have a very specific query

I have done my undergraduate study in Electronics and Communication Engineering and i have 5 years of experience in Software.

For my Student Visa

1. Can I select a course which exactly matches my experience ie related to Software ?

OR

2. Should I select a course which is related to my undergraduate study ie related to Electronics and Communication

I prefer to select a course based on my experience, but my doubt is, if I select a course related to Software (which is not at all related to my undergraduate study), Will the Visa Officer Reject my Visa application ?

Go for a software course from a university and not a college, your visa will not be rejected.

I was in exactly the same position as you 8 months ago with undergrad in ECE and 5 years of software dev work experience. There were NO visa issues

Thank you for the comments. Have send a PM to your inbox.

My Visa was rejected twice, I selected a course related to Software in College
