While filling form IMM1294E, what "level of study" to select for ontario college graduate certificate

Option are:
College - Certificate
College - Diploma
College - Applied degree

It should be on your college letter. What course did you apply for?

I have done masters in computer but since I worked as an assistant manager for small consultancy I want to pursui management course so I got admission in Global Business Mgt in humber college. It's a two year college graduate certificate including internship. So does it create problem getting visa?

I explained why I want to transit to this course and since I worked as an assistant manager I want to pursue my career in business arena and not into IT sector. I also explained that why I choose college certificate over masters in saying that college tend to be more career oriented. This means they offer practical or hands on training. I seek graduate certi to build skill in business industry and gain skill to transit to new field.

I elaborated how I opted for this course from my work experience and want to work at higher post in same field

It should. Try to find a course which could have offered you a Co-op or internship.

There is a work placement (320 hours minimum) in the fourth semester

Offer letter mentioned as below

Mandatory co-op work placement/ internship: yes
 
excellent. go for it. explain in your SOP how this course and most important the internship will benefit you.
