Course changed on same DLI due to no seat availability

My course was changed after I got the student visa in the same DLI. What should I do about it? Should I let the IRCC know about it? I heard we should let them know if we only change the DLI. I am yet to enter Canada as a student.

You only need to advise IRCC if you change DLI.
