Can someone provide me with a reliable courier company that guarantees my parents sponsorship application gets delivered to Mississauga on January 3 2017? I did not make in the cap last year and I don't wanna make the same mistake this year.
I had the same issue. I did not make it in the 2015 cap because Purolator failed to delivery my application to CPCM in time so I used ISCOURIER.ca this year and my application is in process now.
