Hello everyone. I need help! I sent my documents through DHL express for transcripts application to SMU. However its been a month and they did third party delivery and SMU hasn't received my documents yet. Can someone guide me as to which courier service is efficient in delivery door to ddor directly to SMU??? I have already wasted time and will be redoing it again but need to know this time.
