Cource suggestions related to electronics & communication

Hello friends,
I am planning to go for jan intake.I have done B.tech in electronics & communication engineering with 61%.now i need ur advice to choose cource which is relevant to my previous study.i am really confuse,m unable to find any suitable cource specially outside toronto.please frnds suggest some colleges and cources???
