Couple lives in two countries, One in US and other in India

Current Situation - My wife is applying as Main applicant for the Canada PR and currently lives in India. On the contrary, I live in US on L1B Visa. I am applying as a dependent.

Please guide with the process for the same.

Q1 - Do I have to apply from India or can I apply from US?
Q2 - What location will be used for police verification?
Q3 - Is there any link or description which can be read for detailed information

1. You apply together, you don't make separate applications.

2. The online guide will specify which police certificates you need; you can expect to provide your current country of residence and any other country you've lived in for more than six months.

3. Try the online guide for your program, whichever PR program your wife is applying under.
