I'm filling in the application form to get a transit visa since I'm only at the Toronto Airport for 4 hours.
I'm Argentinian, but live in Belgium since 5 years ago. Belgium does not handle migration issues, so they said I need to send my application to Paris, France.
Since I'm doing it on-line, but later if they approve it I would need to send my passport to Paris, what shall I answer in point 9, Country Where Applying: Same as current country of residence?
Yes or No? If no, I have to choose a status and I don't know which one to choose
