Country where applying is country of citizenship but country of residence is zambia

Hi all,

I'm trying to apply visitor visa for my father who is an Indian by citizenship but lives in Zambia for work purpose. Since there is no Canadian Embassy or VACs in Zambia, I want to book a slot in India for his visitor visa during the time of his visit.

The problem is country where applying asks for
Country (India), Status (Citizen), From (his date of birth), To (?)

What to fill in the To column when he is a citizen of India. It is a required column and it doesn't take today's date or NA as answers.

Please help.

It takes any date from present to the future, just put the last day he is planned to ramain there

in my case I am a citizen and resident of Angola and aplied from france wich I am visiting. I will remain here till the 13th and the form accepted my date 13th of march wich is in the future
