This is a chilly Question, still need to confirm...

I am an Indian citizen living in US for fast 5 years. what is my country of residence? i am assuming US, this is right to answer?

following question.. I will be leaving to my home country in another 3 months, if I ever receive a PPR ( May be possible), did they specify which visa office do I need to send my passport? if so, how they will determine the visa office?

Please reply?

Country of residence is US if you are living in US at present time. For US applicants, the passports are mailed to Ottawa for Visa stamping. In other countries, the passports are submitted at local VFS office for Visa stamping. You can decide now.

The files are processed as per country of residence.

The files are processed as per country of residence.

Sorry to bother you again. If I choose US as country of residence for now, then I must move to India in another 2 months. After, If I receive a PPR via Email, can I able to send passport to Ottawa office for stamping from India?

Or What are my other options?

All I am trying to find is If I moved to India in another 2 months and If I receive a PPR , then how I need to get stamped in passport.

Sorry If I am not clear here or confusing you.
