Country of Residence in EE profile

I am from India. Currently I am living in USA & working in H1B Visa. My current visa expires few months back and I have applied from extn. Even though my visa expires, I can stay in USA for 240 days (from my visa expires day) or until any decision made on my h1b extn.


Now I am creating EE profile for my Canadian PR.

What I need to fill in Country of residence field ? India or USA .


Any one face similar issue? Please advice

US. If anything changes (like you go back India) you update your country of residence.
