Country of Application

Hi All,

I am looking forward to help in filling the form for my family. My company is applying for my Work Permit, I need to fill in the form for my Family. My family is residing in US and I am residing in India. Since the application is filed by my company it's between India and Canada. What should I enter the Country of Application for my family as there current residence is in US?
