Hello,
I am a foreigner (here on a work permit, applying for PR via Canadian Experience Class) completing a stat dec of common law with my Canadian partner.
Do I put my country of origin on the form? Or do I put Canada where we met and have lived together?Technically I am not Canadian? Or am I for the purpose of this form? But he is also not from my country. But then I am filling out the form so is it just correct for my situation? Very confused!
Where it says:
we, Me and my partner of (name of city town or village) country of (If applicable) in (name of Provence state or territory), in the country of (name of country)
I appreciate any help!
Beth
