Country code? and marital status?

ok, I have a few quick questions, hopefully someone can answer it instantly! I am filling up my application to sponsor and undertaking, and it asks in one part what the country code is? I just know my area code which is 905. it also asks the same for the sponsored person who lives in Costa Rica, could someone help me with that please! also on the same application number 8 a) asks for marital status, i wrote the date we got married, but after it asks the date of when our relationship started, do I fill that part out too? or is that just for people applying for common-law? thanks!

Costa Rica its 011+506+ local number

On Q8a..the date your relationship started is for common-law

thanks, its weird, I try typing in 011 and 001 but it only shows 11 and 1...

Dont worry about the zeros..you can dial the number with or without them!
