CounterFoil Document Invalid

hi we got the CIC profile Approved and sent the passport for stamping via 2- way courier service. However, on the account the counterfoil says invalid on 30th Novemebr 2020 for my son only ( other three of us have valid counterfoil).

What does this mean?

My visa application is approved and I haven't received stamped passport.

Please help me out

Thank you for replying, I raised the webform and still wonder what is the reason of making the document invalid for one and valid for other three in the family?
