Hi guys, please I need some help
I put in my application in June of 2019. Fast forward to the 9th of may I requested GCMS notes and after going through the notes, I saw that my application was approved since December 2020 and the counterfoil and COPR have even been issued but I have not received anything like that. it also shows a Validity date of June 2021 in the same GCMS notes it shows Status: Not started. In my online profile, it still shows that my application is still being processed. I am very confused about all of this. Please, can anybody explain this to me?
