Could you guys please advise me on the best time to change my DLI

Hi guys, so i had an initial plan to change my DLI after getting into canada but after re-reading the new rule. i feel as though my visa will be canceled

I have not had my SP approved yet but my medical has been requested. So, i do not know whether to inform the IRCC through a web form as my visa is still in progress or finish one semester at University 1. Please advise me guys?

Since you haven't yet received a decision, you can send new LOA and SOP through webform. You can also send it with medical e-sheet, that way you can be sure they got it and process it with your current application.

This is so smart. Thank you very much. i didn’t think of it. Also i haven’t paid my fees for University 1, and it’s the second week of school, should i just withdraw from university 1 after my medicals have been sent alongside my LOA, CAQ and SOP?

If you have no intention of remaining at the university and you aren’t in Canada why would you pay for a semester for a program you won’t be finishing.
