Cost of Medicals in UK

I was wondering if anyone could give me rough costings on medicals in the Uk as i am awaiting my 2nd AOR from London CHC ( which could take forever knowing London) and thought i ought to start putting funds aside for this. There are 3 children, 1 baby and 2 adults in my party, any costing ideas or past experience would be gratefully received.
