I have a little reservation on the exchange rate applied on the settlement fund (and this might send a wrong signal to prospective applicants from Nigeria).

By my calculation based on the info above,the exchange rate is N149.42/CAD. This is unrealistic moreso when the exchange rate applied (based on the info above) for application fee is N160/CAD.

Given the fluctuation expected a conservative exchange rate of N165/CAD should be applied across board.
