Correspondence letter without passport request

But here is my case:
20th of may submitted online application
Biometrics done on June 3rd
Medicals passed on June 26th
Correspondence letter about validity of biometric information received on July 16th
Original passport request received on July 25th (my wife and I at the same time)

I have co op in my program what is diffrent between poe how they stamp sw1 or s1 visa

Hi please help here,
11 Aug 2023 - biometric done
11 sep 2023 - original passport request
20 sep 2023 - information letter stating that your passport request was in error
30 Oct 2023 - medical request
6 Nov 2023 - Medical done
10 nov 2023 - Application is approved and received correspondence letter and now it’s January 28 still waiting for original passport request letter , should I wait more or do I send my passport with previous passport request letter? I have raised web form 2 times but no response but suggest what should I do in this situation
