Correspondence letter received from Abu Dhabi after first rejection

Hi all

I was first rejected for the study permit in June then i reapplied in August.
Before my correspondence and rejection came the same day within 30mins
First application :-

May25 submission with upfront medical
May 29 biometric submitted
June 01 biometric updated
June 16 medical passed
June 27 correspondence and rejection.

CAIPS applied SOP was not clear and convincing enough that I ll return to my home country
so again wrote a good one

Second application:-

August 14 submitted
August 25 medical passed
September 10 correspondence received

Today I received the correspondence but no other update.
What can I expect this time .
Both applications submitted online to Abu Dhabi.(Indian passport)
