Correct NOC and suitable PNP

my husband is a principal candidate, his qualification are as under:-

· Bachelor of Commerce (2 years Degree) completed in 2008.
· MBA (MIS-Management Information System) majors in IT (2 years Degree) completed in 2012.
· Six months diploma in Oracle Developer and Oracle Database Administration in 2013

He has (almost 16 years’ fulltime paid experience) in the following fields:-

· From 2004 to 2013 Admin/IT/Accounts (Clerk)
· From 2014 to till to date Oracle Financials ERP Support (HRMS,Payroll,Accounts Modules)

Moreover, my first cousins have been living in Saskatchewan, Toronto, Ontario on a permanent basis for many years.

Your NOC is related to your job responsibilities so you need to search the database for the correct NOC. No one can do that for you. Don't know about PNPs because 1) are you eligible for EE based on your ECAs and IELTS, 2) if eligible what is your CRS score, and 3) you need to figure out your NOC and determine eligibility with PNP programs. If Saskatchewan, look at SINP program for eligibility since you have a first cousin (uncle or aunt's child) living there.
