Hello.
Could I get some help please with a few questions:

My husband and I are almost finished our inland sponsorship application. He wants to extend his visitor visa as it expires in late February 2013, as well as apply for an OWP. We've read here on the forum that we should just send all 3 applications together. My questions are:
#1 - What is the correct form for extending visitor visa?
#2 - What is the correct form for applying for an OWP?
#3 - Do we include all of the 3 applications in the same envelope?

Also, if theres anything else we should know regarding this, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

You don't need to extend his visa if you're applying inland. An inland application automatically gives him the ability to stay in Canada until he receives a yes/no decision on his spousal application, regardless of how long that may be. Just make sure you submit the sponsorship application BEFORE his visa expires.

Include the work permit with the spousal application. If you don't, he won't be able to work until after his spousal application gets approved.
