CORP with blank original entry date

Hi all,

I just received CRP. In it the field for original entry date is blank for me and my spouse even though we have entered Canada for the first time a year ago on TWP.

Should I be worried about this? Should I inform CIC about this?

That's fine - mine was blank also and it wasn't a problem for me at all.
