Corona virus - my visa will expire on 15/04/2020 and I will not be able to make my first landing due to Corona

Hi all,

I already applied for the express entry and got the Immigrant visa (IM-1). I am supposed to do my first landing before 15/04/2020 (expiry date of the visa). However, due to the COVID-19 I will not be able to do my first landing before the expiry. What should i do in this case? I messaged IRCC but their response was very generic and pathetic and i don't want to wait another 5 working days to get a response for an important matter like this.

No need to panic , as Canadian govt. has banned entry for all non-Canadian its not your fault anymore. Raise a web-form and let them know that you can not travel due to COVID-19 outbreak and Ban on non-Canadian's entry in Canada.

They are asking you to raise another web-form when are you able to travel, so all in all this may delay your travel by few weeks.
