Copy of application form

I have misplaced my application form copy that i had retained with myself. should i ask for it from the visa office or it will have a negative impact on my case im planning to fax a request today. I have recieved my 120 day letter and am now preparing all the documents.

refill the forms with the best available information.

Am sure, things in the Generic/schedule1 and family background will not change for you. it will be only the job duties side of schedule 3 that you would not remember word by word.

fill that with whatever you remember or if nothing then, fill in with a fresh mind. If you have filled truthfully, the same gist will come out... in the final doc set, write an explanation for mis-match of words mentioning that te gist is same

I will STRONGLY recommend not to write to CIO or CHC for a copy at this stage. it will only make your case weak + your file may as well be in transit at this point in time.
