COPR typo - Place of birth starts with "O" instead of "Q"

I have a question regarding spelling type in COPR document.

Instead of putting "Quetta" they put "Ouetta" as place of birth

Did you guys ever come across similar issue? who should I contact?

I think visa sticker issues by London but COPR was issued by Islamabad.

I dont know, but I would recommend calling CIC to confirm what steps to be taken to get this corrected
