CoPR sent to wrong address

The immigration officer said that her letter was sent to her old address, almost 4 weeks ago. She contacted the house and they said they haven't received anything.
What should we do on this case? Is someone here that had this kind of experience and could guide us?

Is this for you or for someone else? I'd e-mail the processing office and explain that it hasn't been delivered to the old address.
