CoPR Sent But Not Received

Hello

I received a notice from the London High Commission that my permanent residency had been approved on October 17th, and that although I had an accompanying letter for that date online, I would receive it, along with my CoPR in the post.

Just under a week later, I've still not received anything, so I'm wondering if it's gone missing in the post? Or if a week is normal for mail from the High Commission (I can see that the VFS VAC has returned passports and CoPRs within 2 days for other candidates).

Should I reach out? :/

Once the COPR is issued by the consulate they dispatch it to vfs on the very same day or latest the next day. You should immediately contact VFS to check the status. If you didn't sign up for courier service maybe your package is at vfs waiting to be collected.
