COPR received-Error in the citizenship

Dear
I had received COPR last week ,i noticed that Citizenship for my KIDS mentioned Wrong.
Actually thay are holding singapore passport but COPR indicate citizenship as INDIA.
Remaining all other informations are correct including passport no.

Really this is issue?
