COPR Landing Procedures

Hello!
I’m Japanese and got COPR last week! I am going to fly Canada soon to reunite my husband.
But COPR holders aren’t accepted to come to Canada right now.. so I have to come as immediate family member. I will bring marriage certificate, my husband’s birth certificate and COPR with me. I also got eTA.

My question is...
Will my COPR be processed at the airport? So I can be a PR?
Or I enter Canada as a visitor?

If my status is a visitor what I have to do with my COPR?

You can do landing procedures at airport with your copr and become a PR.
