My husband received his COPR this morning. All the information is correct except for his marital status, it is listed as single. I called IRCC and they said it is fine and something that can be fixed once my husband arrives in Canada. However, on his passport request form it reads that if any information is incorrect on the COPR that he needs to contact the Visa office right away to reissue his COPR.
We are so confused. Does he come to Vancouver and hope the officer can make the appropriate change or does he ask for a new COPR? Has this happened to anyone else??
