Our COPR expired in 2020 as we were unable to travel due to pandemic. We were reached out (in late 2021) by CIC to confirm that we are still interested. We confirmed that we were interested and that we need to add our newborn as dependent. At this point we were asked to pay the fees.
We were able to pay the fee but the upload button won't work for us to upload the receipt and other forms that were requested by CIC. Later, I tried to check the status of our application on eCAS, but could not find it there.
I am worried about the status of our application. Is there any way we can contact the authorities? Anyone on the same boat, please contact me via this thread.
