COPR destination code 6572 is province code or city code ?

I received copr today but i dont understand destination code:6572 is regina (city) code or saskachwan(province) code.

I had written Regina,SK in my application but now i want to go to Saskatoon,SK So can i go there ?

I don't know for sure, but the province nominates you not the city. So I would think it doesn't matter which city you settle in. At least you will be settling in the same province.
