COPR correction

My COPR listed me as "Legally SE" instead of divorced. Hence, I submitted a correction request to IRCC through the lawyer I have been working with.
I got a new PPR request next day and my lawyer suggested that we file another query with IRCC since we never requested for a new PPR.

It has been more than 3 weeks since we replied with additional query and the lawyer has also sent a follow up 2 weeks ago.

We have not seen any response after the second query so far.

Can anyone help me wit below please:

1. For the repeat PPR request that I got - 30 days expire in a week. Since I have not responded to this one , can it cause trouble ( I already have a visa on passport from when my PR got approved)

2. Is there a number I can call on in IRCC to ask about my case status or I should just sit tight for now ? (I reside in US currently)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you have requested a COPR correction before landing, you need to return both your passport and COPR.

Is PPR expected as a result of request for COPR

Yes. The corrected one will be sent, only after you send them the old one along with your passport that contains the visa that is issued for the corresponding COPR.
