Please Help
On March, 2018 I became permanent resident of Canada, and I noticed that my Confirmation of Permanent resident has a mistake, my Family name and given name are swapped. I talked to the immigration officer from the same office and she said that I can submit an online form. Please just I would like some advice of one of the question of the form. which box I suppose to mark?
I am fill it up the form IMM1436 (Request to Amend the record of Landing, Confirmation of Permanent Residence or Valid Temporary Resident Documents), Unfortunately I am stuck with one of the questions, please I would like your advise people if is possible.
This is a little bit of my personal marital life;
- June 2012, : I arrived first time to Canada as a worker, Marital status Single, Never Married before.
- September 2014 : I got Married In Canada with a Canadian Permanent Resident.
- March 2018 : I landed as a Permanent Resident of Canada, Married, no dependents.

-Never Married
-Married If you are Married, is your spouse a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident? - YES -NO
-Widowed
-Separated
-Divorced
(It does not have Single option)
For me with out reading the instruction guide, the answer is easy ( Married and yes), but following the instruction guide make me so confused (guide IMM5218, Question 13). and I do not know what to do please Help.

When is saying first entry, is it first entry as a worker (June 2012)? or first entry as a Permanent Resident (March 2018)?

- Never married
- Married: This means that you and your spouse have had a ceremony that legally binds you to each other. Your marriage must be legally recognized in the country were it was performed and in Canada (if you are married, check yes or no to indicate if your spouse is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident).
- Widowed: This means that your spouse has died and you have not re-married or entered into a common-law relationship.
- Separated: this means that you are married but officially no longer living with your spouse.
- Divorced: This means that you are officially separated and have legally ended your marriage.
- Common-law partner: this means that you have lived with your partner in a common-law relationship for a minimum of one year.
