Hello everyone,

I got my Copr but my work permit has expired for a month now.

Do I need to renew/reinstate my status before going to the border? I also did not receive the last paper copy as it was sent to the wrong address before it even expired. Does this matter?

1. No, not if you intend to flagpole at the Border, at an inland office you would probably need valid status.

If you are flag polling at the US border, you have, for all intents and purposes, left Canada and are requesting status when you enter to do your landing.
